I was floored when I saw these @ TL.net. Simply amazing!

I'm starting to think AIs programmed with BWAPI will be competing on a completely different level than human players.
I'm sure a lot of spectators probably feel the same. These videos are starting to demonstrate just how godly the micro of the computer can be. In order for the AI to be played vs. humans, there would seem the need to have some restrictions as to the upper limits of micro control if there is to be any credibility.
It has been fun to watch the program develop to what it is, but these absurd micro exploitations seem to be pushing the concept beyond what constitutes good "gaming AI". For now tho, I just want to keep seeing how crazy this can get!
So the next step for a gaming programmer would seem to present these micro improvements in a realistic, enjoyable, and yet challenging experience for the human player. The BWAPI allows such freedom, but "nerfing" or setting upper ceiling limitations isn't always the easiest thing to commit to that's for sure. Especially when we've become accustomed to such a crappy computer for so long!

Awesome reps!
